Subject: Closure of Permit # NCS-01403 Landdaly, LLC was the owner of Lake James Family Campground & Benfield’s Harbor and operated a Non-pumper Septage Management Firm under Permit # NCS-01403 for the operation of Septage Detention or Treatment Facility, Permit # SDTF-12-08. The facility was sold to Lake James Camping Resort, LLC and BLH PROPCO, LLC under the care of Diversified Investments. With the change of ownership, a new Non-pumper Permit, NCS-01513, and Septage Detention Permit, SDTF-12-09, were issued. Based on the above, Non-pumper Septage Management Firm, Permit # NCS-01403, has been removed from the active database.
