The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, Mooresville Regional Office has not
received a monitoring report for the above mentioned site since the October 19, 2015 Groundwater
Monitoring Report. A groundwater monitoring event shall occur in July 2020 with the Groundwater
Monitoring Report submittal due to this office by August 31, 2020. The next report shall include an
updated receptor survey.
Please note that sampling and correction action must be conducted in accordance with the
Guidelines for Assessment and Corrective Action for UST Releases. Failure to comply in the
manner and time specified may result in the assessment of civil penalties and/or the use of the other
enforcement mechanisms.
