1 – Site has proper signage 2 – The 30000 gallons tank appears structurally sound and the required 5’ cleared radius is present. No leaks noted 3 – Tanks appear to be empty of septage and paperwork has been submitted for closure of the permit 4 – No vector problem or objectionable odors noted 5 – Septage transfers appear to be done in a safe and sanitary manner 6 – Setbacks appear compliant
