Building over top of the structural fill site. The May 19, 2014 inspection noted that Solid Waste Section
acknowledged in a letter dated September 7, 1999 receipt of the Notice of Completion and Closure. This letter

the Division has not received this notice.
What is the proximity of the structural fill to receptors?

on the property, it could be 50 ft from a stream, see Figure 2, Wetlands Map.
