Has use changed from last inspection? Are there any areas of exposed ash? Design concerns (if applicable) Building over top of the structural fill site. The May 19, 2014 inspection noted that Solid Waste Section acknowledged in a letter dated September 7, 1999 receipt of the Notice of Completion and Closure. This letter indicated that the property owner needs to record the structural fill site with the Nash Co. Register of Deeds and forward the original notarized statement to the Division of Waste Management after recording. To date the Division has not received this notice. What is the proximity of the structural fill to receptors? Private Dwellings — no, see Figure 1, Proximity Map. Community Centers — yes, it is a church and there is an afterschool program across the street.
