Additional Comments:
This structural fill site is in use as an automobile dealership. The fill area is under the paved parking area and the
on -site building that houses the dealership showroom/sales offices and the maintenance shop/garage. The site is
well maintained, and no ash was observed around the perimeter of the paved area. A healthy cover crop of native
warm season grasses is maintained around the perimeter with the exception of the rear (northwest) property line.
The rear of the property is bordered by a railroad bed/railway right-of-way. This portion of the property is covered
with rip -rap and stone. No areas of erosion or exposed ash were observed on this part of the site.
