Brownfields Project #12037-08-74
Dear Mr. McCarty:
Thank you for your initial interest in the North Carolina Brownfields Program for the referenced site. Due to the
inactivity of this project and our growing need to address others, the North Carolina Department of Environment and
Natural Resources (DENR) has changed the status of the referenced brownfield site from inactive eligible to "No Further
Interest" (NFI). If you believe this information is not complete or is inaccurate, please contact us to discuss the matter
further. This site remains a good candidate for the brownfields program. If, in the future, you pursue a brownfields
agreement for this site, please submit a new brownfields application and signed affidavit. We appreciate your assistance
in this matter.
If you have questions about this correspondence or require additional information, please feel free to contact me
by phone at 919.707.8379, or by e-mail at sharon.eckardgncdenr.gov.
Sincerely,
Sharon Poissant Eckard, PG
