Kim,
I want to notify you we have moved a portion of our daily landfilling operations to Phase 1 and 2 that have been semi -
inactive. We are doing so due to weather conditions and shrinking space on Phase 5 which have made it difficult for
tractor trailers to access and turn around. All straight trucks will continue to unload on Phase 5 but tractor -trailers such
as County owned trucks coming from the Mooresville transfer Station will unload at the toe of phase 1 & 2. We will
gradually build a ramp to gain access to unused airspace further upslope. I'll send a photograph of the operation on 1 &
2 via a separate email. Please call me if you have any concerns. Thanks.
