The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) received the
June 27, 2018 Groundwater Monitoring Report on July 9, 2018. The report was reviewed and approved on
January 2, 2020. The paper report copy will be maintained in the MRO. The electronic copy has been loaded
to the electronic document storage system (Laserfiche).
Conduct a groundwater sampling event of all monitoring well and supply wells (WSW-1 and WSW-2)
in May 2020. All sampling must be conducted in accordance with the most recent version of the Guidelines
for Assessment and Corrective Action for UST Releases. The next Monitoring Report is due no later than June
30, 2020.
