ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Reviewed truck logs – discharge dates are needed for pumping events that extend overnight.
2. Discussed possibly getting a permitted storage tank in the future. The Hickory class location in January was
attended to obtain the required training hours for 2019. Discussed the firm permit renewal required by Dec 31st
to avoid the late fee. A copy of the new firm renewal application was provided to me for this truck inspection –
the firm name is being changed from Marlin’s Waste Management to just “Marlin”. The following vehicles
were inspected at this time. Outlet covers were off due to freezing temperatures.
Vehicle tag#YA146742, 2100 gallons, VIN 1HTMMAAN33H573327. The tank appears structurally sound &
securely attached. The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle per the information on the firm
application.
Tanker (no tag), 5000 gallons, VIN 1VNST4227BL081815. The tank appears structurally sound & securely
attached. The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle per the information on the firm application.
Vehicle tag#YA146746, 2500 gallons, VIN 5PVNV8JM1K4S51371. The tank appears structurally sound &
securely attached. The lettering is correct on both sides of the vehicle per the information on the firm
application.
