The facility is approved to receive stumps, untreated and unpainted wood, and land clearing debris. 3. The roadways throughout the facility were constructed of all-weather material. Adequate clearance was being maintained around the stockpiles to provide vehicular access in the event of a fire or emergency. 4. The offset boundary marker near the entrance road that had been hit by equipment noted in the November 19, 2019 inspection has been replaced. 5. The facility was grinding material during the inspection. The facility stores and grinds pallets separately. No unapproved material was observed in the land clearing or pallet stockpiles. 6. All wood and processed materials were stored outside the 50-foot property and stream buffers. 7. Surface waters were being diverted from the operational and storage areas and no standing water was observed. 8. Leaves that were removed from an incoming load were stored separately and facility staff stated that the material would be taken to Riverside Stump Dump IV (YWN-11-034) for composting. 9. The facility keeps a dumpster onsite to dispose of any unapproved material that is found in incoming loads. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
