enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected vehicle FL tag#882-MPP, the lettering has been corrected on both sides of the vehicle (in regards to
the audit of 7/18/2019) – this vehicle is now in compliance.
2. Enclosed is 2019 class schedule – classes held by the NC Septic Tank Association are Monday – Friday, no
Saturday classes. You may contact the NC Septic Tank Association in 2020 for future class dates & locations.
3. Enclosed is an info sheet on the new pumper class in January. The class is held every other month at the
Fayetteville Regional Office.
