The North Carolina Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section (Section), has received and reviewed the September 2019 bi-annual groundwater sampling event report. Based on the information presented in the report the Section concurs with the recommendation to cease
groundwater monitoring at the site. The Section requests that the groundwater monitoring wells
