NONE Additional Comments: The coal combustion by-product used for structural fill is located under the Southport City Gymnasium. The site was filled with ~560 cubic yards of coal combustion by-product from Cogentrix Energy Incorporated in Southport, North Carolina. The fill activity occurred between 21 October 1996 and 6 January 1997. he fill activity involved less than 1,000 cubic yards of material, and as such, recordation is not required. Site closure has been certified.
