ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Field markers are still missing on the north side of the site which was discussed with Mr. Jones on the last
site visit. A copy of the site map with approximate distances for the markers was provided after that visit.
The rest of the field markers on site appear accurate. Setbacks were not measured at this time.
2. Horses are now located at the north east corner of the site, outside the permitted boundaries.
3. The winter cover crop is becoming established. An adequate cover crop is required for land application to occur
this winter. Noted some scattered thin areas of Bermuda – continue efforts next year to control weeds &
improve the Bermuda cropstand.
4. Hay bales are located at the field perimeter which need to be removed in a timely fashion.
5. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. No sign of heavy or recent application. No odors.
6. If any firm other than Belton’s Septic Tank Service is discharging on these disposal fields, then a copy of
the land application site logs shall be submitted monthly to this office as per Rule .0842(e)(3).
7. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
8. Soil samples will be taken in the fall of 2020 by the site operator.
