The containment structures and ASTs were in good condition with no indication of spills or releases or holes, cracks, pits or any other structural issues. A few surficial cracks were observed in the waste water containment structure but were not deep or extensive. The PD has requested the use of the former fuel oil AST containment structure in order to place their existing portable dyed fuel AST into it for storage. Rather than having the tank outside of the structure, where vehicular traffic could be problematic. The tank would be much more secure in the containment. Attached are several photos of the former fuel oil AST containment structure. Please advise and thank you. John D.
