Good Morning Bob,
I received a phone call from a realtor who stated that she was representing Mr. Hicks on 11/6/2019. She asked
about the high risk status of the site. She also stated that there was a water supply well on the subject property
(10232 Glenmac Rd). Mecklenburg County GIS shows an active water supply well on the adjacent property
(10226 Glenmac Road). Are there two wells within 150' of the release? Are there plans to abandon the well(s)
or conduct contaminated soil removal for the site?
