Mr. Troutman responded with an email capturing the data. Nova reviewed that data (included in Appendix E) and determined that none were within 1500 feet of the site. Nova also obtained a map from Mr. Troutman showing the municipal water supply lines in the area of the Site. Mr. Troutman stated that everyone in the town of Harrisburg is required to connect to city water and sewer, and those became available in the area in the 1950's and 1960's. The water lines are shown Figure 8. Nova researched property ownership on MyCabarrus.com (GIS platform) and produced a map showing the property parcels within 1500 feet of the site and numbered those parcels. The numbers coincide to the spreadsheet showing the location of the residence or business, and the name and address of the property owners. This information is contained in the Receptor Survey Appendix. A map showing the Nova assigned number to each parcel, and the radius information is included in Figure 9. The table showing the results of the survey is included in the Receptor Survey Appendix E. Registered letters were sent to every parcel within a 1,000-foot radius to ask whether there were water wells on their respective parcels. Copies of the letters are contained in Appendix E. There were ninety-four separate parcels within a 1,000-foot radius. It should be noted that the parcels on the south side of Highway 49 are in a separate watershed that drains to the south towards Back Creek. The parcels to the north of Highway 49 drain to the north towards the Rocky River. Of the 94 requests for information, Nova received 42 responses, and an additional 21 letters returned. The returned letters were originally sent to the Property owner (as shown in the Harrisburg GIS system) and once returned; they were resent to the Property address, but there were no responses. The receptor survey determined that the closest water well is an irrigation well at approximately 325 feet down -gradient from the contaminant source area. There were several other wells identified within the 1,000-foot radius. The wells identified are as follows: 442 SOUTH MAIN ST.
