November 5, 2019 Mr. Ryan Hewett Robinson Septic Tank Services, LLC 2166 Big Neck Road NW Ash, NC 28420 RE: SDTF-10-13 Permit Renewal Robinson Septic Tank Services, LLC SR 1504 in Brunswick County Dear Mr. Hewett: The NC Division of Waste Management has reviewed your application to operate a septage detention facility in Brunswick County. Your application has been approved in accordance with NC Septage Management Rules and your permit, SDTF-10-13, is enclosed. Please read all permit conditions carefully. This permit covers the use of one (1) 6,000 gallons steel tank and one (1) 4,000 gallons steel tank for storage of domestic septage. This permit shall expire on May 24, 2020 and an application for permit renewal must be submitted ninety (90) days prior to permit expiration. Failure to operate the septage detention facility in accordance with NC Septage Management Rules and the enclosed permit could subject you to administrative penalties of up to $15,000 per violation per day.
