REGAN Secretary MICHAEL SCOTT Director October 31, 2019 Andrew Drucker 6012 Bayfield Parkway, 187 Concord, NC Mr. Drucker, On October 31, 2019, 1 met with your consultant Robert Payne to discuss the property located at 1498 Oakwood Avenue, Cabarrus County. Mr. Payne informed me that your intention is to abandon the irrigation well located on the property as soon as is possible. I wanted to inform you that the Notice of Residual Petroleum (NRP) will be approved and signed and made available for you to file once we have documentation that the well abandonment has occurred. As soon as the NRP is filed and public notice requirements are met, the incident on this property will be closed and you will be issued a No Further Action (NFA) letter. . I understand that you will attempt to have the well abandoned and the NRP filed prior to the proposed closing date on November 5, 2019. If this is not possible, the closing should proceed according to the specified date and I understand that the NRP will be filed as soon as possible after the closing.
