Dear Mr. John Choffel:
On 10/24/2019, The Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section, received written confirmation of ceased operation as a septage management firm signed by Dustin Thomson indicating that effective October 23, 2019 Just In Time Services ceased operations as a septage management firm. Effective October 31, 2019, your records will be removed from our active list of septage management firms.

The permit shall be issued only when the septage management firm satisfies all of the requirements of the rules adopted by the Commission. General Statutes, GS 130A-291.1 (c) Commission. A septage management firm that commences operation without first having obtained a permit shall cease to operate until the firm obtains a permit under this section. You are hereby advised that, pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Statute or Regulations.
