The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Brownfields Program received
the Final Grade Soil Sampling and Analysis Work Plan – Revised report revision dated
September 3, 2019 (Work Plan) submitted on your behalf by One Environmental Group of Carolina, PLLC (One Environmental). On September 27, 2019, DEQ Brownfield granted conditional approval for the Work Plan. On October 21, 2019, One Environmental addressed the conditions included in the September 27, 2019 email; therefore, the Work Plan is approved.
Please be advised that this approval from DEQ Brownfields does not waive any applicable requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications which may be required from other state or local entities.
