1. The inspection was conducted at 875 West Main Ave, Gastonia, NC.

2. The following firm vehicle were inspected:

3. The tanks appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the vehicle.
4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports.
