1) Pumper vehicle(s) inspected:

2) Pumper vehicle had the required lettering on both sides of the vehicle. Each letter was at least three (3)
inches or greater in height except for the town name. The town name was less than three (3) inches.
Please make sure that the town name is three (3) inches or greater in height.
3) The tank was made of steel and permanently affixed to the frame of the truck.
4) Access ports appeared to be in working order and properly sealed.
5) Valve appeared to be in working order. Caps present on the hose ports.
6) No leaks noticed.
