No violations noted on the previous inspection.

OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:
None
The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

1) Access road to the tanks is well maintained.
2) Please be sure that there is a “No Trespassing” sign present.
3) The two (2) above ground poly tanks were accessible for inspection. Some vegetation growing up
around the tanks. Be sure to keep the vegetation maintained so that the side walls of the tanks can be
inspected for issues.
4) The poly tanks appeared to be ok. No leaks noticed. The 3,500 gallons concrete tank is a below ground
tank.
5) Septage on the ground by the 1,500 gallons poly tank. See pictures below. No septage should be on the
ground. Please clean up any septage on the ground. Septage should be transferred to and from the
tanks such that there are no spills of septage on the ground or on the tanks.

6) Some odor noticed at the 1,500 gallons tank. However, there was no odor when walking away from the
tank. No vector issues noticed.
7) No change noticed that would affect setback distances.
