ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The tanks appear structurally sound.
2. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner. No spills or leaks
noted. No apparent vectors or odors.
3. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
4. The required 5 foot cleared radius is present around the tanks.
5. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met.
6. Within the concrete containment wall one of the tanks is still tilted. No septage detention may occur in these
two new tanks until the new permit issued. The outlet holes on the back wall have not been closed in yet. (As
noted on the site drawings) two PVC lines with valves have been installed in front of the tanks leading up to the
building (no change inside the building at this time). A catch basin (leading to the culvert) has been installed in
front of the storage tanks (this is not on the site drawings).
