FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Inspected two vehicles tag#YA-46424 & #YA-141736, VIN#s correct per the firm application. The tanks appear structurally sound & securely attached on both vehicles. The outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is correct on both sides of both vehicles per the information on the firm application. These two trucks were in compliance at this time. 2. The truck pumping logs were reviewed and it appears that the required information is being maintained. 3. The new pump truck tag#YA-133647 was inspected earlier this year. Ensure that the firm application to be submitted to the Raleigh Central office this winter (for permit renewal) lists all three vehicles. 4. Thank you for your time.
