administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected a new vehicle - Georgia tag#CAK8649, VIN 1GB3KVCY5KF145187, 450 gallons. The tank appears
structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is
correct on both sides of the vehicle per information on the firm application. This vehicle is in compliance at this
time.
2. Enclosed is a 2019 class schedule - if you have not already attended one of these classes please register for one
of the remaining locations to obtain the required training hours before the end of the year.
3. Ensure that the firm renewal application (for the 2020 firm permit) is submitted to the Raleigh Central office by
December 31st to avoid the late fee.
