Please be advised that CH2M HILL North Carolina, Inc. (CH2M), now Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.
(Jacobs), working on behalf of Plantation Pipe Line Company (Plantation), has scheduled the collection of
groundwater samples from residential supply wells during the week of October 8, 2018, in the vicinity of
the above referenced site. The well on the Mercer property located at 15700 Poplar Tent Road is
scheduled to be sampled in accordance with the monitoring program at the site, as required by the
North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ).
