ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. This facility consists of one below grade 1,000-gallon pre-cast concrete tank for the storage of domestic septage discharged from boats. Septage is pumped through a line from a boat dock to the tank.
2. A “No Trespassing” sign was located at the tank. 3. No evidence of leaks or spills were observed. 4. Vectors were not present at the time of inspection nor were objectionable odors observed. 5. No vegetation or other obstructions were observed surrounding the tank that would prevent inspection.
6. Rocks are placed near the tank to prevent vehicles from driving over. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
