Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. This facility consists of one polypropylene 1025-gallon Tank for the storage of domestic septage discharged
from boats that are not being used as permanent residences.

2. The perimeter of the marina was behind a gate and fence. A “No Trespassing” sign must be placed at an entrance to the tank (or may be placed on the tank itself). 3. The tank has secondary containment [cement block wall], No leaks were observed. 4. Vectors were not present at the time of inspection nor were objectionable odors observed. 5. Vegetation must be cut to a distance of 5 feet around the tank.
