Travis – thanks for following up. We’ve completed review of the design submittal and have a few
comments/questions which do not relate to the horizontal piping or layout. As such, this email
serves as a conditional approval to begin installation of components of the system that do not
pertain to the comments/questions below:

·         Obtain Safety Data Sheets from all contractors at site, this is important for the soil gas
sampling and also in the event that the indoor air sampling has exceedances.
·         Indoor air samples will be analyzed by EPA Method TO-15 for all constituents detected in
soil gas above the laboratory method detection limit, not just PCE.
·         For the sub-slab soil gas sampling procedure, provide clarification on the t-connector. Will
the helium detector be directly connected to tubing connected to this t-connector?
