Cherokee Mooresville has entered into a purchase and sale agreement with George Bulat regarding the proposed sale of the Property to Mr. Bulat. Section 22 of the Brown fields Agreement requires DENR's consent for Cherokee to transfer the Brownfields Agreement to Mr. Bulat. Mr. Bulat is willing to be bound by the terms of the Brownfields Agreement.
