Good morning.
Attacahed please find the final comments on the CQA report. Please ignore the Nos. 4 &5. Iam experiencing computer problem right now, so I send the comment out use my cell phone.
The final operations plan is approved and will be incorporated into new permit which is
drafting right now when my computer back to live again.

1. Please sign & stamp the final certified CQA Report.
2. (Appendix H) Please attache the ELL Specification/Plan (the one used in Cell 2, as we all agreed
on) and the new drawing/sketch of the copper wire layout over the GCL layer.
3. (Appendix J -As built Drawing No. 2 of 2) Please address or provide the required info on the
drawing.
a. Please provide the invert elevations of the LCR and LDS piping in the sump.
b. Provide the as-built acreage of Cell 3A. The CQA report dated June 24, 2019 stated the
constructed Cell 3A encompassing 8.48 acres, but the August 13 & 23, 2019 CQA reports
stated Cell 3A having 8.46-acre waste footprint.
