ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 01 - This is a Notified LCID facility. 02 - Facility has locking gate. 03 - Signage has been added. Now has added the emergency contact number, per the last inspection.
04 - DS08-010 is also located on this parcel. 05 - Access road is constructed of all-weather materials. 06 - Matt Wilson was called to this un-announced facility inspection when John College was 10 miles from the facility. 07 - Facility has added the front 2 Edge of Waste permanent markers. Still needs to add the 2 at the rear. The rear marker areas have been located with the use of a GPS. Markers to be added as soon as it is dry enough. 08 - Side slope work is still in process to meet 3:1 side slopes. Need to take advantage of dry weather to accomplish this task. This project is outsourced to a contractor. 09 - Need to find a source of cover material to ensure ALL WASTE IS COVERED AT LEAST MONTHLY. Has minimal stockpiled cover material on the site.
10 - There was a small amount of non-conforming waste (PLASTIC) mixed in the LCID waste. Need to remove. 11 - This facility is still heading in the right direction to achieve compliance. 12 – Overall management has gotten better.
