RE: Renewal Application Permit Number: SDTF-65-03 Mr. Loreti,

This is to notify you of the expiration of your Septage Detention and Treatment Facility (SDTF) Permit 65-03, effective January 12, 2019. The North Carolina Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section (Section) has received your renewal application, and upon review the Section has determined the following deficiency:

1. The property owner, Mr. James Tibbetts, notified the Section on August 1, 2019 that he does not authorizes ECLP Co. (Mr. Loreti) to operate on the property located at 1632 Castle Hayne Road Wilmington, NC 28405.
The renewal application does not meet condition 15A NCAC 13B.0837(c)(10) and at this time is
