ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected new vehicle. Texas tag#R416648, VIN#3AKJGBBVOKK134, 5,000 gallon capacity. The tank
appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The
lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle per the information on the submitted firm application. This
vehicle is in compliance at this time.
