ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Visited this specific area for an odor complaint regarding this permitted facility. Sunny, hot day – temperature
in mid 80’s at the time. Did not observe any odors extending outside the facility. Did not do a full inspection at
the facility at this time.
