ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

1118 Old Tar Landing Road trailer park location Small creek at the end of trailer park road

No signs of septage debris

1 – Received complaint of septic truck illegally dumping into creek located at 1118 Old Tar Landing Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540 back in March of 2019. The Onslow Sheriff’s Office forwarded complaints made by two previous tenants on July 3rd and 5th of 2019
2 – Rob Mairs of the Division of Water Resources accompanied DWM in assessing the complaint 3 – Conversation with the current tenants said they had not seen any septage trucks in the trailer park illegally dumping into the creek at end of the road.
4 – Inspection of area on July 11, 2019 did not show signs of septage debris near or in the creek (see above pictures)
