Re: Arthur's Creek Coal Combustion By -Product Beneficial Use Project
Dear Mr. Coffey:
A notification for Structural Fill Facilities was submitted on April 21, 2004 regarding the
Arthur's Creek Facility, located in Northampton County, NC. In accordance with Section .1703
(a), the notification must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to using coal combustion by-
products in structural fill projects. The 30-day notice requirement has been met with no
comments or additional information requested. As such, we consider the notice information
complete and meeting all the requirements of Sectiori .1703(a) for structural fill projects; our
intent is to immediately start the beneficial use project.
