I This letter is in response to your letter as of May 28 2004. Please review these
revised plans in accordance with Item #2 on your comment list. Slopes have been
adjusted to meet the 3:1 requirements and new cross sections created. Our computer
model estimated a slight change in the fill volume from 550,000 cu/yds to 553,969 cu/yd
of CCB material. Changes that occur will require subsequent notification of the Division
of Solid waste management in accordance with solid waste rule 15a NCAC 13 B
(RULE] .1703 (a) (6) (F) This letter is to serve as notification of that change. Please
refer to previous correspondence for more information. I believe the other comments
were addressed in our response letter of June 3 2004 attached.
