adjacent to Arthur's Creek, west of Garysburg, Northampton County, North Carolina.
Description of Activity. This permit authorizes the installation and construction of two road crossings to
access high ground, at the industrial site known as the Henry B. Long site. Permaaent impacts are: 0.17
acre of wetlands and 120 linear feet of intermittent stream channel (60 feet for each crossing).
