Dear Mr. Chao:
The facility was permitted for 2.34 acres of future LCID landfill to be constructed. This submittal
was prepared to certify that a portion (1.12 acres) of the waste disposal unit has been constructed in accordance with the approved plans and is ready to receive waste. Additional
requirements, including posting a sign at the entrance to the facility and installing permanent
markers to identify the disposal unit boundary, have also been completed. No additional modifications are being requested at this time.
Please make arrangements for a site inspection and pre-operative meeting in accordance with the permit to approve receipt of waste in the newly constructed area. Should you have any
