ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Two new tanks
1 – Site has proper signage 2 – Good access road 3 – Tanks accessible for inspection 4 – Tanks in operation appear to be structurally sound. Two tanks have been removed and replaced with new ones of different volumes. New permit needs to be submitted due to volume change 5 – No vector or odor issues noted. Septage appears to be handled in safe and sanitary manner 6 – Area where trash bin needs higher wall to prevent spillage on backside
