ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The 1000 gallon poly tank appears structurally sound.
2. No spills or leaks noted. The tank has not been used yet for the temporary storage of grease trap waste (to be
unloaded directly from a pump truck).
3. The required 5 foot cleared radius (free of excess vegetation or debris) is present around the tank. The tank is
located with other tanks (not permitted for septage storage) within a concrete containment area.
4. The approved setbacks are being met.
5. The required “No Trespassing” sign is posted on the perimeter fence and the access road is adequate.
6. No apparent vectors or odors noted.
