The Division of Waste Management — Solid Waste Section (Section) has approved PRTI, Inc.'s financial assurance
mechanisms to secure a maximum storage of 13,000 tires at 2105 US Highway 1, Franklinton, Franklin County, North
Carolina, and to cover third party liability at $32,500 per occurrence and $65,000 per aggregate. PRTI, Inc. shall
maintain their funded trust agreement with their financial institution as well as their insurance during the life of the
permit 3507-TIRETP-2016. PRTI, Inc. shall submit to the Section on an annual basis, proof of a balance in the funded
trust as well a viable certificate of insurance.

Thank you for your cooperation in providing the Section with PRTI, Inc's financial assurance mechanisms. PRTI, Inc.
will be required to provide proof of continuation of financial assurance mechanisms by no later than January 29th of
each year.
