Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS The inspection/investigation was conducted at 1933 Michelle Dr., Kannapolis, NC 28083 1. The following firm trucks were inspected: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) NC Tag Number Capacity (gallons) Notes 3HSDJSJR1DN146175 NE-5159 4700 The town name “Kannapolis” was less than 3” in height. This was corrected and photos submitted to the Division on 6/17/2019. 1GBE5C3266F402914 JJ-7620 1000 The vehicle was correctly marked. 1FUJF0DFX7LY50647 ND-9954 3200 Lettering was no on the vehicle. This was corrected and photos submitted to the Division on 6/17/2019. 2. The tanks appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frames. 3. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports. 4. No leaks were observed. 5. For the addition of a second pumper vehicle, $250.00 is required and has been received. 6. An anonymous complaint was received on 5/20/2019 concerning the dumping of septage waste on the property. No evidence of dumping was observed.
