Hello Trudy. This property is being sold and we needed to file an NRP prior to conveyance of the property. No
cNFA letter at this time. The new owner plans on demolishing the house and wants to excavate contaminated
soils once the house has been removed. Hopefully we can dig out of the contamination but if not, I imagine the
active well will need to be abandoned to lower the risk classification. Let me know if you have any further

I received the UST-61 form for this property. I also received a Notice of Residual Petroleum for UST review for
this property. The UST-61 form states that there is an active water supply well within 150' of the release area.
Was the tank removed? Was the water supply well sampled?
