Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Tag#HAV1113, VIN#1FDWF36S6XEC75951, 450 gallons. Tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle. This vehicle is in compliance at this time. 2- An additional permit fee of $250 is required for this second vehicle and shall be received by the Raleigh Central office before this vehicle is utilized for septage pump jobs. Currently this vehicle is under repair and not in use. 3- Truck logs were not reviewed at this time and no other pump truck was inspected. Gave Mr. Locklear a 2019 class schedule and he stated that he planned to attend the Asheville location in September.
