Observed the required “No Trespassing” sign posted on a tree along the access path. The access path is adequate. 2. The approved setbacks are being met. No apparent physical change to the facility which consists of six buried concrete tanks. Did observe two cracked tank lids. 3. No apparent septage spills in the tank area. Discussed with Scott Tart spill cleanup procedures – removal (and proper disposal ) of any septage debris (paper/plastic/solids) and the contaminated surface soil where the liquid waste contacted the ground and then spread lime over the area. 4. No significant vectors or odors noted in the tank area. 5. This facility was initially permitted for operation on February 26, 2019.
