The report recommending conducting a groundwater monitoring event be conducted in June 2019 to allow ORC socks to be installed in well GW02 was reviewed and approved on June 5, 2019. The paper report copy will be maintained in the MRO. The electronic copy has been loaded to the electronic document storage system (Laserfiche). The report indicates: • The groundwater sample collected from monitoring well GW02 contained a benzene concentration of 14.4 micrograms per liter (ug/L), exceeding the North Carolina 2L Standard. • Other chemical constituents were detected in the sampled wells, however, all were below their respective 2L Standards. Each sample was additionally analyzed by EPA Method 504.1 for ethylene dibromide (EDB) with low detection limits.
